Emerging Leaders Program
Once senior leaders begin to embrace what is possible with LionHeart’s approach to leadership through 1:1 coaching or our yearlong leadership program, they are often anxious to involve their middle management people as well. The results are very often stunning.
What is included in this program?
- This program is offered in groups of 6-7 people in your company over a 12-month period
- It is facilitated in a format that minimizes time away from daily responsibilities in two 90-minute sessions per month.
- We set a business results goal the group can potentially achieve that allows the organization to recover its investment in their leadership development, often multiple times over.
- The group establishes a scoreboard and conducts brief weekly accountability “stand-up” meetings where they promise personal action steps toward the goal to one another.
- All of this occurs while they learn many of the same principles and practices that their senior leaders have embraced in our LionHeart Leadership Program.
