Kaiden Wachtel
Kaiden Wachtel specializes in sales, promotions and coordinating large meeting events. He uses his affinity for bringing the best out of people to exceed expectations and coach his clients to do the same.
Kaiden's early business experience focused on the music industry where he spent five years as GM and Talent Buyer of a live music venue. He learned the art of managing chaos by booking world-class musicians and managing the events and the complex personalities that were critical to the success of those events.
Kaiden became a change agent when working at Cafe Tomo. He discovered unethical business practices in management and, without a personal agenda, challenged the culture of dishonesty and entitlement. When the owner empowered him as the new GM he fired the staff of 70, rehired 3 of them, and went on to lead the reorganized business to record profitability over the next several years.
He has mentored with the LionHeart team for four years and is well versed in the unique LionHeart coaching methodology. Kaiden earned a BA degree in Social Science from Humboldt State University in 1996 and an advanced degree in Spiritual Leadership from the University of Spiritual Healing and Sufism in 2004. He has been the Event Coordinator for the USHS for the past several years and continues to master the ability to bring coherent problem solving to logistical complexity in that role. When not working, Kaiden enjoys yoga, snowboarding, playing guitar, racquetball, being in nature, attending baseball games, and spending time with his wife and children.
